Sweepstakes participation

The Win Pizza 4 Life sweepstakes is governed by its Official Rules, which control in case of any conflict with these Terms.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information.
• Use only your own phone number.
• Do not enter more than once per season.
• Do not attempt to defeat throttling, dedup, or other fraud-prevention measures.

Messaging Program (SMS)

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS opt-in box, you consent to receive text messages from Slice of Vegas through our SMS provider, Twilio.

Entry confirmation SMS (transactional)

• Trigger: You submit the entry form and check the SMS opt-in box.
• Content: One (1) text message confirming your sweepstakes entry.
• Frequency: One message per entry.
• Sender: Slice of Vegas Pizza Kitchen & Bar via Twilio.

Marketing SMS (optional)

• Trigger: You separately check the marketing opt-in box.
• Content: Promotional offers, event announcements, and similar from Slice of Vegas.
• Frequency: Variable — typically no more than [N] messages per month.

Winner notification SMS

If you win, we will use the phone number you provided to notify you per the Official Rules.

Costs, opt-out, and help

• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan. Slice of Vegas does not charge you for these messages.
• Reply STOP to any message at any time to be removed from the program.

• This program is intended to work with major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, and the "Win Pizza 4 Life" campaign branding are owned by Slice of Vegas. You may not reproduce them without permission.

The site is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and we are not responsible for SMS delivery failures by your carrier or by Twilio.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Slice of Vegas's liability is limited as set forth in the Official Rules.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
